About

We are the not-for-profit Governing Body of  Football In Gloucestershire.

We grow participation, promote diversity and regulate the sport for everyone to enjoy. With over 600 Clubs and 2,300 Teams of all ages and abilities playing in the County, Gloucestershire FA is proud to support football For All!

There are around 48,000 players that participate in grassroots football regularly across Gloucestershire. They play in games that are officiated by our 700 strong refereeing workforce, with these games only coming about through the hard work and dedication given by the tens of thousands of volunteers that help run the clubs and leagues across the county.

In line with the FA National Game Strategy, Gloucestershire FA aim to increase these numbers and make grassroots football accessible For All and for life. We do this by providing provisions for coaches, volunteers and referees to get involved in the game and continually develop, whilst also providing innovative approaches to allow the people of Gloucestershire to play the beautiful game in many different forms.
