Referee Training and Events calendar

For the 2023/24 season, we have developed a Referee Training calendar. As the season progresses, we will regularly populate the calendar with upcoming courses, cpd and events for you to attend. Becoming a referee

FA Referee Course

The FA Referees Course is designed for anyone aged 14 and up who wants to join the tens of thousands of referees who operate week in week out on local parks, throughout the English football pyramid, up to those who officiate The FA Cup Final and on the International stage.

A helping Hand

RefereeingĀ Support

Our referees are recruited, trained and examined to enable a smooth grassroots operation.  As they gain experience further opportunities are provided to aid their development and progression.  Appointments are made to adult and youth County Cup ties, together with games in certain FA competitions.
