The Girls Coaching Centre (GCC) provides a 30-week bespoke training programme, providing a professional environment to allow female players aged U10 to U16 to reach their full potential within the game.

The GCC provides extra training and support in addition to coaching players receive at their grassroots club. Every player will continue to play for their club and receive extra coaching one evening a week from FA qualified coaches. The GCC is an additional training opportunity and will not impact a player’s grassroots club.

As well as additional coaching, players can expect to receive 1:1 support from their coaches, additional opportunities for learning outside of training, player reviews throughout the season and support from staff around injury prevention. The programme will continue to support the long-term development of the players and provide them with the tools to achieve their goals.

The GCC will be based at Gloucestershire FA, Oaklands Park, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4AG on the 3G football pitch. Training will take place on Monday evenings.

Please note: To be eligible for selection for the GCC, girls must be playing in an affiliated grassroots club during the 2024-2025 season.

U10s do not have to trial, places are still available and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. For more information please click here.
