Kulukochi United receive their new kit from Stoke Lane FC

Stoke Lane lead the way with kit donation

The GFA is proud to shine a light on the good work being done by our Clubs.

Stoke Lane FC, a two-star England Football Accredited Club, has recently donated their old kit to Kulukochi United FC.

Stoke Lane lead coach Ian Jones worked to recycle the kits, which were delivered to a Club in Gambia. Kulukochi United is a vibrant community football team based in the coastal town of Gunjur, supporting themselves and their annual tournament through memberships that are not sufficient to acquire the most essential football materials.

The kind gesture was made possible after Stoke Lane’s sourced sponsorship from Parkdean Resorts for a new kit which has since been rolled out to 18 teams within the Club.

“We are proud to see our kit bring smiles to players of Kulukochi United,” said Club secretary Steve Payne. “We shall continue to support this community with further kit donations.”
