Welcome Matt

Matt Liddle joins Gloucestershire FA as Commercial and Marketing Manager. Read on as he touches on his background and what is to come in his new role.

"I'm over the moon to have joined GFA and to be back in my home county working to help grow and develop football.

I grew up playing football in Gloucestershire and absolutely loving the game. I first started working in football in Germany with a media agency operating on behalf of Bundesliga clubs. Since then I have returned to the grassroots with Cornwall FA as Marketing & Communications Officer while also volunteering for local clubs both in a marketing role and out on the pitch as a coach.

I am really excited to start exploring a few different avenues to help GFA fulfil the enormous potential of the business and this wonderful facility."
