England Para Talent Pathway
The FA wants to give more players the opportunity to play for England Para Teams.
England are looking for those with cerebral palsy, visual or hearing impairments who have the skills and a dream, to step up and play for their country.
Gloucestershire FA affilated players with specific impairments have the opportunity to get them on the England Para Talent Pathway and potentially play for the England Para teams.
Do you know somebody who fits the bill?
The England Para Talent Pathway aims to find players who are ‘hidden’ in mainstream clubs, whose impairments may not be immediately obvious.
The Para talent pathway will look for the players to stay with their club to continue to play for their teams, as this is often the best format for a player’s continued development.
While playing their usual format of football, we are encouraging players to engage with the England Para Talent Pathway to explore their potential and discover new ways to play the game to suit them.
So they could be training with their mates one week and playing for their country the next!
If this is you, or someone you know, then all you need to do is fill in a form with your/their contact details and the Para Football team will be in touch with the next steps.
The referral window runs from the 14 March - 7 May.
Don’t just dream of it. Play for it.
