Welcome to our newest member of staff and the Development team, Jake Edwards

Jake joins the Gloucestershire FA in the role of Football Facility Development Officer. Jake talks about his experience in football and what he is looking forward to in his new role.

"I am delighted to be appointed as the Football Facility Development Officer and I am looking forward to starting my new role at the Gloucestershire FA.

I am a UEFA B Licence coach with over 10 years of coaching experience across all age groups, and I am the first team manager of local side Tytherington Rocks FC.

I have previously worked at Cheltenham Town, Forest Green Rovers and Brighton & Hove Albion. I have spent a lot of time involved in football and I want to be able to give back to the local area by developing our relationships with the community and provide opportunities to use our wonderful facilities."
