Club Affiliation Deadline Approaching.
Gloucestershire FA Club Secretaries with registered email addresses will have received instruction by e-newsletter on the use of FA Whole Game to complete affiliation forms.
Club Secretaries without an email address plus those that have requested traditional forms have been sent affiliation packs by post.
Information needs to be submitted on-line or by form to Gloucestershire FA for review no later than Monday, 1 July.
In order that teams are assigned to League’s Divisions, Development Groups and Cups, please ensure that the correct the age (e.g. U7, U8, U9 etc.), format (e.g. 5v5, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11), and gender (male, female, mixed) is recorded.
Once affiliation is submitted and reviewed by Gloucestershire FA, invoices to cover the cost of affiliation, cup entry and liability insurance will be generated. Payment of these is required within 14 days of the date of issue.
All Clubs are reminded of the need to have renewed Group Personal Accident Insurance at the minimum levels of cover required for 2019/20. You can purchase cover by visiting the Bluefin Sport Website

Clubs organising or planning to take part in tournaments and friendly matches on or after 1 July 2019 need to complete affiliation in advance of the date of the football event in order to participate.
