It's back for its fourth season. In response to popular demand the 11-a-side midweek league is returning in the summer months.

Having run at capacity in previous years, the league will again be open to 16 teams to compete throughout July & August.

Fixtures will be played fortnightly at 18:30 & 20:00 on Tuesday and Thursday evenings under the floodlights on Gloucestershire FA’s state of the art 3G pitch. Matches will be 11-a-side, 30 minutes each way and will have 3 match officials provided.

Teams can use the simple online sign up to book their place in the league. We accept traditional and existing teams who want to use the competition as part of pre-season and in previous years have had entries from groups of mates, work colleagues and new clubs. Seedings within the group stages will ensure the matches are competitive at a level suitable for all.

We also accept registrations from individual players who will then be put into our ‘Just Play FC’ team and will be able to play their part.

The Summer Super League ’19 will run from June 23rd right up until the end of August, perfect for making the most of the summer months or even pre-season - a method adopted by 2016 and 2018 champions Bradley Stoke Town. Manager Ben Osborne noted “The Summer Super League gave squad players a chance to show what they can do. It was easy to organise and the hour long games are perfect to blow out the cobwebs in a competitive situation”.

The Summer Super League is low administration and will only cost £5 a player per game (based on 12 players).

The first 8 teams to sign up will receive 2 free Nike footballs to use during their fixtures! Spaces are limited in the Summer Super League and all who register an interest will be contacted shortly with the required information to confirm complete entry.
