The Gloucestershire FA is launching a new Adult Male 11-a-side League for 2018/19.

The Oxstalls Super League is a new, flexible format of 11v11 football for those who can’t commit to playing every week.

With busy lifestyles, lack of time was identified in our recent Adult Male Player Survey as the biggest barrier to participation and we are working to provide opportunities to meet the needs of the modern players.

The Oxstalls Super League will offer players who cannot commit to playing every week the opportunity to play in an 11v11 League on a monthly basis. 60 minute fixtures will take place on the first Saturday of each month, throughout the season from September.

To ensure a quality experience the League will take place using the latest 3G Pitch and facilities at Oxstalls Sports Park. With the Central Venue league format, kick offs will take place throughout the day from 11.00am.

An overview of what’s on offer:

• Monthly fixtures on the first Saturday of each month
• 60 minute 11v11 games on the new 3G Pitch at Oxstalls
• FA Referees
• Turn Up & Play Match Days – no money required on a match day
• Less than £5.00 per play per game (based on a squad of 14 players)
• All Teams given 2 Free Nike Footballs
• Trophy and prize for League Champions
• Only 8 Team spaces available for 2018/19 season
