Gloucestershire FA is seeking to recruit a new member of the Football Services team at its HQ in Almondsbury, Bristol

This opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to manage the successful 3G Football Centre operation and directly supports League / Club volunteers and participants using the Whole Game System (WGS), Player registration or taking part in County Cup competitions.

The key responsibilities are to:

- Manage the 3G Football Centre, Conference and onsite refreshment facilities

- Manage Football Centre support staff, creating rotas to ensure safe coverage of events and providing cover where necessary

- Booking and confirming pitch hire and events, including payment processing

- Administration of County Cup Competitions including coordination of Referee appointments

- Support the annual League & Club affiliation and Referee registration processes

- Conduct Club Safeguarding audits

Strong IT skills are essential, but appropriate training on FA IT systems (WGS), Safeguarding and Health & Hygiene will be provided. Generous staff benefits available include access to discounted coach education courses and gym membership.
