Welcome to Gloucestershire FA’s ‘Home of Football’. A place where you can come to find activities and exercises that you can complete in and around the home. We may not be playing football right now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t look forward to future matches and keep our bodies and minds in the best shape possible for when it returns.
As with all exercises in this guide, there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ exercise. In this section, exercises have been listed as Easier or Moderate, so complete the exercises that feel right for you and don’t push yourself so hard that you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
