Welcome to Gloucestershire FA’s ‘Home of Football’. A place where you can come to find activities and exercises that you can complete in and around the home. We may not be playing football right now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t look forward to future matches and keep our bodies and minds in the best shape possible for when it returns.
In this section we will outline a number of basic exercises that can be increased or decreased in difficulty with a number of small adjustments. Whilst there may not be a huge number of exercises, you can mix-and-match exercises and variations of that exercise to get a more intense workout.
The catalogue of exercises should be used as a guide only, and you should only ever complete the exercises you feel comfortable completing.
