Welcome to Gloucestershire FA’s ‘Home of Football’.

A place where you can come to find activities and exercises that you can complete in and around the home.

We may not be playing football right now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t look forward to future matches and keep our bodies and minds in the best shape possible for when it returns.

In these trying times, being social and interacting with each other will be vital for our mental well-being, and as such it would be amazing to hear and see examples of you and your loved ones trying out some of the activities and exercises laid out in these guides.

Adult Footballers

For Male and Female players, this section has a number of basic exercises which you can mix-and-match, increase/decrease difficulty with minor adjustments. Check it out.
