Introduction to Coaching Football Course
England Football Learning officially launches the new online Introduction to Coaching Football course today [16 June]
The course is delivered through a blend of e-learning modules, live webinars, sessions, resources and community groups in which learners can engage with one another.
The course is followed by an assessment to check the learner’s knowledge which is required to pass the course and be certified.
The course is suitable for anyone looking to take more of an active role in the grassroots game. To enroll people must have completed the BT Playmaker by England Football. It focuses on how to create environments where positive football thrives. Learners will develop their skills in Respect and safeguarding children, as well as receiving an introduction to first aid in football and coaching disabled players.
The live webinars are delivered by our expert coach developers who will discuss in detail some of the key elements involved in coaching at grassroots level, including helping players to fall in love with the game, learning about football and helping to develop friendships.
Learners will have exclusive access to our online community which allows them to meet other coaches, share tips and advice and get support directly from our mentors.
The course costs £160 and runs for four weeks. Upon completion, the learner will receive a certificate confirming their new qualification.
