Following user feedback, The FA Player Registration team has changed the Transfer and Notice of Approach processes within the Whole Game System (WGS) for the 2019/20 season.

Notice of Approach

This has now been removed from Whole Game.  When a Club adds a player to WGS, if the player is registered for another Club, or has given their consent (online or offline) to play for another Club, a Notice of Approach (NoA) pop up/declaration will appear.  A one page guide is attached explaining the can be downloaded below.

Transfers

The League will now make the final decision as to whether a player will be transferred or dual registered.  Two guidance documents for Leagues and Clubs to follow can be downloaded below.

A link to a recording of the process is available at the FA Grassroots Community page. For those who do not yet have access to the site, please request using this link - Grassroots Technology
