The FA Children and Young People offer is a key part of the National Game Strategy (NGS) to provide opportunities for children and young people to play or volunteer in the game whilst in full time education.

The Children and Young People offer will predominately be coordinated and delivered through the County Football Associations and 4 national education partners that are funded by The FA to deliver the NGS in partnership with County Sport Partnerships, Local School Networks, Colleges and Universities. The national education partners are the English Schools FA (ESFA), Independent Schools FA (ISFA), British College Sport (BCS) and British University and College Sport (BUCS).

Creating opportunities for children and young people to access football is a key priority held by the Gloucestershire FA as we look to develop football. The Gloucestershire FA aims to empower children and young people to play and lead football activities through the creation of authentic opportunities within football, which enhance the life experiences and skills of all children and young people involved.

The Gloucestershire FA will look to work with partner organisations in order to deliver a variety of key programmes for children and young people across the NGS.
