Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Gloucestershire Football Association Limited will be held at the Headquarters, Oaklands Park, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4AG on Thursday 14 May 2009 commencing at 7:15pm
All Members of Council are invited to attend, as are all Clubs affiliated to Gloucestershire FA as their Parent County. Affiliated Clubs are entitled to send one representative to the meeting and have the right to vote if they wish.
Any Club that would like to be represented at the meeting is requested to telephone the GFA Office on 01454 615888, before 14 May, so that we can make appropriate arrangements for seating etc.
