For those who have not had their Famoa number included on this years form please can you add this to your registration form? If you have recently qualified and have your certificate then this is listed on the letter inside the blue Record of Achievement folder.
If you do not wish to receive confirmation acknowledgements in the post of receipts of report submitted via the post please ring the office to inform us.
If you are a level 9 referee you need to ensure that you are refereeing 11 a side football. You need to submit your Record of Achievement form (6 game match form) back to me ASAP with 6 11 a side games completed on it for me to verify. If you have lost this, then please contact me via email to get an e-version sent out.
Referees who have turned 18 in the past 12 months will require a CRB check to register. For details of what documents you need please go to www.thefa.com/crb and contact the County FA office to find a verifier local to you.
