All Cups competitions are now automatically drawn and published via the FA County Administration System. Confirmed details, including referee appointments, will be posted to Club secretaries in the usual way.

Please note that kick-off times may vary to those published.
For example, for the Youth Cups it is usual for Bristol-based clubs to play their matches in the morning (10am kick-off) and Gloucestershire-based clubs to play in the afternoon (2pm kick-off). Saturday games or midweek matches under floodlights shall be by mutual consent only.
The kick-off times for North Cups and South Cups also vary.
In the Challenge Trophy it is expected that clubs with access to floodlights arrange to play their Cup ties in midweek, either just before or just after the date shown on the draw.
In all cases, please check with the Secretary of the Home club to confirm as he/she will have received the latest information from the relevant Cups Secretary.

HOME clubs must telephone the result of their respective matches, as soon as possible after it has finished, stating:-
- Competition
- Age group
- Home team
- Away team
- Final score
- Result of penalty shoot-out (if applicable)
Details of the scoring players is not required. However, postponed or abandoned matches MUST be confirmed on this telephone number.
Adult Club Secretaries should continue to telephone results of GFA Open-age Cup matches as instructed by the respective Cup Secretary.
