The new Annual Health Checks replaces the 3 year renewal process and will support clubs to retain the high standards they achieved when applying for FA Charter Standard status. The Health Check will also support clubs in the following ways:
• Reduce the number of clubs losing their accreditation and re-writing a new application form.
• Support clubs in tracking the validity of their volunteer’s qualifications
• Allow clubs to identify their annual coach education requirements
• Aligning coaches / managers to teams showing active coaches
• Provide clubs with an opportunity to identify the support they require from the County FA
• Introduce clubs to FA Member Services
• Provide consistent communication with the County FA
• Reward clubs each year with Umbro vouchers
Clubs can access their Annual Health Check form in the following 3 ways:
Post: Club contacts CFA - CFA generate form from CAS (County Administration System)- CFA post to club.
Email: Club emails: charterstandard@GloucestershireFA.com – CFA generate form from CAS – CFA Email to club.
Online: Club access Member Services (Click Here) – Club complete guidance – club generate form.

Please note that all Charter Standard clubs are required to complete to the best of their knowledge and return the health check form before the 31st March 2012 to: Matthew Boucher, Gloucestershire FA, Oaklands Park, Almondsubry, Bristol BS32 4AG.
